Terms and Conditions
A reservation is possible upon confirmation of the availability of the requested apartment.
Reservation requires 30% of the total amount on account (non-refundable for cancellations), which can be payed by bank transfer.
To book an apartment, the request together with the transfer receipt have to be sent per fax (fax: (+39) 0577934755).
The reservation will be filed and a confirmation answer will be sent within the next day after the request has been forwarded.
